Route and schedule information can be obtained in two ways: either online via the website or by calling Customer Call Center *2800

Trip Planner is our interactive tool to help you plan your trip using Egged's bus routes all over the country. With our trip planner, you can plan your trip faster, better and more accurately than ever before, as well as find schedules, fares and other pertinent information

To create an itinerary over the phone, dial *2800 or 03-6948888, 052-9992800. If you are calling from outside of Israel  dial  972-3-6948888.

Once you have dialed the number, press 3 for English - speaking operator, or press 2 to a Russian-speaking operator 
Days: Hours:
Sunday through Thursday 07:00 - 23:00 (7AM - 11PM)
Friday and holiday eves 08:00 - 15:00 (8AM - 3PM) 
Saturday & Jewish festivals about 30 min after conclusion of Shabbat until 23:00 (11PM)
